We specialize in a variety of non-heated yoga classes from Flow to Restorative Yin and is home to the area's premier Aerial yoga program. For those specifically interested in our aerial yoga program or can only attend once per week, we recommend our "5 for $50" intro offer. Passes will expire 5 weeks after your first class. No extensions can be granted.
Students of all experience levels from beginners to advance can find a class at Elements3 Yoga. We take an All-Levels approach to our classes, as our instructors are well trained to provide modifications or advanced variations. In addition to our weekly offerings if Flow, Yin, Toaist and Aerial classes, we host a blend of engaging, educational, and healing workshops each month.

Our weekly classes are just the beginning of what the studio has to offer. Workshops are a great way to try something new or to deepen your yoga practice. From inversion workshops to crystal bowls meditation, there is something for everyone. The studio has also hosted some of the industry's most renowned teachers and leaders.
