Our Prenatal INSTRUCTORS
Our weekly Prenatal class is led by Carrie Ganz. Carrie has spent over 20 years as a doula and lactation consultant and has been teaching yoga for over a decade and has taken three special training in prenatal yoga. She's worked with hundreds of mothers-to-be and taught childbirth education classes with the Bradley Method.
In the event of needing a sub (hey, life happens, right?) we will partner with other instructors experienced in teaching prenatal yoga. Our own Lauren Turner, now pregnant with her 2nd baby, will also be available to assist Carrie as needed. Lauren completed her yoga teacher training while pregnant with her first son in 2016 and began her teaching career leading prenatal yoga. Want to learn more about the benefits of prenatal yoga?
