Our Prenatal INSTRUCTORS

Our weekly Prenatal class is led by Carrie Ganz. Carrie has spent over 20 years as a doula and lactation consultant and has been teaching yoga for over a decade and has taken multiple special training in prenatal yoga. She's worked with hundreds of mothers-to-be and taught childbirth education classes with the Bradley Method.
