Awareness of breath and its relationship to movement is paramount to Pam’s instruction. She provides clear instruction and a gentle approach to guiding students through a flow-based practice based in rhythm and cadence.
Pam cooks amazing vegetarian fare, stays as active as her schedule allows, and lives in the Metrowest area with her husband, daughter, and doggie, Django.
