In Steph's classes you'll open your body and mind, strengthen your core, breathe, and relax deeply.  Through physical challenge and internal focus, you'll journey deep inside yourself and your body, restoring your natural internal balance, which will inevitably help you cultivate the values you hold highest for yourself in your life.

Steph has been teaching Taoist Yoga for 12 years, and has merged the mindfulness of Tao practices with the excitement, freedom, strength, and playfulness of Aerial Yoga.  She has developed the Aerial Yoga program at Elements3 over the past year and half, and will teach others how to share the wonder of Aerial Yoga with others beginning in October 2016.
