NSYA X ELEMENTS3

Elements3 Yoga is proud to be partnering with The New School of Yogic Art for its next 200 hr teacher training beginning in March 2018. NYSA was co-founded by Andrew Tanner & Laura Ahrens in 2015 and has graduated over 6 YTT classes since then.

Whether you want to teach yoga or not, if you long to connect more fully with the deep truths of yoga that brings peace - to the body, your mind, and to the planet - NSYA is a school whose purpose is to bring yoga deeper into your life. The program's open-minded, experiential approach, allows for the kind of development that used to take lifetimes. With us, you will fully explore classic yoga philosophy in a contemporary, present moment, context.

This six month course is designed for yoga students who wish to deepen their practice by experiencing yoga as a complete study that incorporates both the physical “asana” practice with yogic lifestyle techniques, pranayama breath control, yogic diet, ethics and morality as well as yogic philosophical study and meditation. Major emphasis will also be put on how to “teach” or share the practice of yoga including giving adjustments, sequencing, and verbal queuing.

Upon completion of this course and all requirements you will become certified at the 200-hour level of yoga instruction, and eligible to apply for registration with the Yoga Alliance.
