New Student Special POLICIES:

Our New Student specials are reserved for new clients only. They must be purchased on or before the first date of visit. New Student specials are limited to 1 per client.

Groupon/Living Social Vouchers:

At times we run promotional pricing for New Students through third party sites such as Groupon or Living Social. We try to make it very transparent that these specials are for NEW clients only and limited to one per person. These sites cannot tell who is or isn't a new client of ours. If you are already a client of ours, and purchase one of these vouchers, we cannot provide you a refund. However, you can use the dollar amount you paid toward another service (i.e. you can apply the $12 towards a $20 drop in).

Our best deals are offered through our studio. If you purchase a Groupon or Living Social offer, you will be provided the opportunity on the date of your first visit to upgrade your package for one of our other New Student Specials. If you choose to do this, we apply the amount you paid towards the upgrade (i.e. we'd apply a $15 Groupon towards our 3 Weeks for $30 Special, with the difference owed as $15. Again, you only have the option to do this on the first day. If you register for one of our standard classes, and do not show up, we will not charge you, however, we do ask, when possible, to cancel your reservation through MINDBODY as soon as you know you can't make class so we can alert anyone on the wait list.

We do have a cancellation penalty for no-shows/late cancellations for our Aerial classes. If you need to cancel a booked class, you must do this 24 hrs or more before the class start time, otherwise, it will still be deducted from your class pass / drop-in. We have put this policy into place because of the limited space available in each class, and for anyone on the waitlist to be notified with enough time of an opening.

Late Policy:

Late-comers will only be admitted within ten minutes of class start times in respect for the other students. If you are a few minutes late, please enter quietly.


All class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshop purchases can be refunded to your Elements3 account within 48 hours of the event. Cancellations within 48 hours or No Shows to Workshops are forfeited. However, you may transfer your workshop to a friend at any point before the event date.


Memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable. You may cancel the monthly auto-renew at any time after the 3 month minimum commitment, with a written 30-day notice to process your request. The cancellation request must be emailed to info@elements3.com. The yearly membership may be cancelled in special circumstances such as: moving out of state or due to a medical emergency that limits you ability to participate in physical activities, in which case a partial re-imbursement will be used with valid proof.

Vacation Holds:

We offer vacation holds to our Monthly Unlimited and All-Access Members. Vacation holds are available after a 3 month introductory period. Holds require advance notice, and can for a minimum of 30 days, and maximum of 3 months. We cannot place on hold for partial months.


All clients must complete and sign our standard release waiver before participating in any classes or events at the studio. We expect that if you have any medical concerns regarding practicing yoga, you have already discussed these concerns with a qualified and licensed doctor.
