A whole workshop to target the tension that gathers your shoulders up and pinches off your neck!
We will work on gaining some freedom of movement in your upper back, neck, and help those shoulder blades to slide and glide with more ease. This class is all about release and finding a little more bliss. Head into the winter holidays with less tension, so you might breathe better and enjoy even more!
